Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in or phone number with third parties for their own marketing, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies, Analytics & Your Choices (GPC)
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google's browser add-on and out of interest-based ads through the Google Ads settings or industry opt-out tools (optout.aboutads.info). See Your Privacy Choices below for the specific tools in use and how to opt out on this site.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with trusted service providers who act on our behalf (scheduling/dispatch, call tracking, communications, hosting, analytics, advertising, and financing partners), and as required by law or to protect our rights. Some sharing for analytics/advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws; you may opt out as described below.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will verify your request before responding.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): your rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — and exactly how to exercise each of them — are set out in full in Your Privacy Choices below.
Your Privacy Choices — Your California Privacy Rights & Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we extend the same choices to every visitor regardless of where they live. Last updated June 25, 2026.
Categories of personal information we collect
- Identifiers — name, postal/service address, email address, telephone number, and IP address, collected from you through our forms, phone calls, and text messages.
- Commercial information — the services you request or purchase, estimates, appointment history, and financing applications you choose to submit.
- Internet and network activity — pages viewed, referring URLs, and device and browser information, collected automatically by the tools named below.
- Audio information — telephone calls to or from us may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and scheduling purposes.
- Geolocation (approximate) — the city/region derived from your IP address by our analytics tools. We do not collect precise device location from this website.
We do not collect biometric information, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require the right to limit under the CPRA.
The tools that set cookies on this website
- Google Tag Manager — loads and manages the measurement tags described below.
- Google Analytics 4 — website traffic and engagement measurement.
- Google Ads — conversion measurement and advertising attribution. This is the only category that may involve "sharing" as defined below, and it is the category the cookie banner's Advertising toggle controls.
We do not run a third-party call-tracking platform, a Meta/Facebook advertising pixel, or a chatbot on this website. If that changes, this section will be updated before the tool is enabled.
"Sale" and "sharing" of personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we have never done so. However, when advertising cookies are active, identifiers and internet-activity information may be disclosed to Google for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the CPRA that disclosure can be considered "sharing," and in some states a "sale." You have the right to opt out of it, and you can do so on this website at any time. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.
How to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- On this site: open Cookie Settings (also linked in the footer of every page), turn Advertising off, and save. Your choice is stored in your browser and re-applied on your next visit. Choosing "Decline advertising" on the cookie banner does the same thing.
- Global Privacy Control: we honor the GPC opt-out preference signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing and apply it automatically, with no interaction needed from you.
- By phone or email: contact us using the details below and ask us to opt you out; no account is required.
Because these choices are stored in your browser, you will need to repeat them on each browser and device you use, and if you clear your cookies.
Your rights to know, delete, and correct
- Right to know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
- Right to delete — request deletion of the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal and contractual exceptions such as completing a service you requested or keeping tax and warranty records.
- Right to correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out — of the sale or sharing of personal information, as described above.
- Authorized agents — you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will ask for proof of authorization.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us by phone, email, or mail using the details in the Contact Us section below. We will verify your identity using the information we already hold — typically the phone number, email address, or service address associated with your request — and respond within the time required by applicable law.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, impose a penalty, or provide you a different level or quality of service because you exercised a privacy right. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
Payment Security
We never collect, process, or store payment card numbers on this website. Payments are taken in person by your technician or by our office, and financing applications are completed on our lending partner's own hosted pages, where the card or bank details you enter go directly to that provider. Any payment page you are directed to from this site is operated by the processor or lender, not by us, and is subject to their PCI DSS obligations and privacy practices. If a page that appears to be ours ever asks you to type a full card number, do not enter it — contact us at the number below.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
